Hello, gorgeous! I am so glad you’re here because I am so excited to be chatting about one of my favorite beauty products… LIPSTICK! You guys already know I am obsessed lipstick and have been for years. Lipstick, lip gloss, matte, glossy, you name it… I love it! I remember being in high school and seeing Lauren Conrad wear the prettiest red lipstick. Then I immediately went out and found the perfect red lipstick & rocked it all the time! I think lipstick pulls a look together and makes people look so chic & polished. The key is definitely finding the right shades for you. BUT, I will say that it’s so fun to try lots of different lipsticks! I have sooo many lipsticks that I love to wear, mix and match, and try.
Can you believe Valentine’s Day is just a week away?! Whether you are celebrating “Galentine’s” with your best girlfriends, or going out on a hot date with your man, your lipstick has to be on point! I am going to share my favorites below, but the real key is rocking a shade that suits you + that you feel confident & sexy in!
The Best Valentine’s Lipsticks:
Red Hot
When wearing red lipstick, I typically like to keep the rest of my make-up more natural. I’ll opt for light eyeshadows or none. I DO love a hot red lipstick with a sleek cat eye liner, as well!
Nudes
I LOVE a pretty nude lipstick with a clean, smokey eye. There’s something so pretty + glam about the combo! I personally love this look for any date night!
Think Pink
There are so many different shades of pink to choose from. There’s a gorgeous nude pink, mauve pinks, hot pink, etc! I LOVE this lipstick in the shade “Tea Rose” for the perfect night out lipstick. I also love it with glowy, natural make-up in the day time with a pop of pink!
