All the Feels …pregnancy feels, that is! Today I wanted to talk a little about how I embrace the changes and honor them and how this time around has been SO different. I think the last couple of weeks life has slowed down a bit for us and I’ve had a little more time to think about baby #3. I’ve felt very connected to this baby from the beginning, just as I have with my other two. I think as it has gotten harder or more uncomfortable, I’ve been looking for those same feelings from my previous pregnancies of knowing I am going through all of this to meet THAT individual baby. And call he/she by name. Not knowing the sex has me feeling a bit in limbo, I guess. Not knowing the gender is hard some days, but I just keep thinking about that magical moment of meeting this sweet little one and the doctor saying “It’s a ___!” and my heart starts to flutter with so much excitement. I still feel good about our decision to wait and find out who he/she is and I truly could not be more excited to find out in about 9 short weeks! On those harder days of pregnancy, I try and adjust my mood and energy to something else. I thought it would be fun to share some small & simple things I am enjoying treating myself with lately! A little treat yo self time is so important!
For relaxation, I indulge in baths!
I use salts or bubbles and love the stress relief body wash from Bath & Body for an end of the night bath. This helps me unwind and soaking my sore and tired body always gets me relaxed + ready for bed. After, I use this oil alll over my body and it’s my fav. I also use my TULA exfoliating mask in the bath about once a week & on the other days I use my TULA cleanser with this device and it’s the best! Leaves your skin SO fresh and clean. (DESTINY20 gives you a discount on TULA products! If you look through my blog, I have used their products for years now)

Another thing I love to do is head out for a little mani + pedi. I grab my favorite drink and bring my headphones to catch up on my books or podcasts and just take that time to unwind and have a little fun “me” quiet time.
I go to my favorite exercise class. Also, I love going to high fitness a couple times a week! It puts me in a good mood + I always feel so much better after a good workout. I am praying I will be able to continue with this love of mine ’til the end! It gives me SO much joy and quite honestly makes me feel super bad A that I can still move my body like that while pregnant, ha!

It is so important. What are some of your favorite ways to treat yourself? I’d love to hear! XOXO
