Happy Tuesday, loves! This week I will be updating the blog with outfit details of what we wore while on vacation last week while in Newport, starting with these cute swimsuits from Nordstrom! I fully intended on posting these over the weekend, but we needed some down time as a family. & so that’s what we did! (So THANK YOU for being patient with me!) We chilled all weekend long and it was the best. I left Sunday afternoon for a quick trip to Arizona to work with Chrissy, but got home Monday (I had to get home quick to these previous babes of mine!).

We have a busy couple of months ahead, so I am looking forward to a chill week just me and Truman + Tatum. We will be making some yummy power balls (I will share the recipe we use here if you’re interested!?), catching up on vacation laundry (I had anxiety all weekend worrying about how it wasn’t done, haha! #OCD), hitting up story time at the library, snuggles + movie time, & so much more. Being able to stay at home with them makes me so dang happy. It’s the best job in the world.

Can we talk about how cute Tatum is in that little bikini?!

When I saw it online at Nordstrom online, I immediately ordered it for our trip! She was cracking us up with that cute little tum out. & Truman thinks he is SO cool and big swimming in the big pool. He is actually so good and I can’t wait to help him get more and more comfortable in the water this summer. I was literally in the pool the whole time with them and it was heaven! They are both such water babes and swimming all day on Easter was one of the highlights of our trip! Oh, and how cute are they twinning in their cute Natives?! I love, love, love Natives for the kids. Truman has been wearing them forever and he also loves them. I appreciate that they are so dang easy to clean, too. That’s a MUST for kids shoes. I just throw them in the sink and give them a little scrub and they look good as new. I will probably grab another color for Tru as well since he loves being able to slip them on quick “all by himself!” 😉

Now onto my outfit details!

My swimsuit is really comfy and has good coverage with the support top. My shorts are also super affordable. They run true to size in my opinion and are perfect to throw over swimsuits all summer long. I just bought this light version as well!
