Summer summer summertime, time to sit back and unwind. Name that song! The Fresh Price melts my 90’s heart. I can’t say that lyric is true for me this summer. There is not a whole lot of sitting back and unwinding. But that’s okay because I wouldn’t have it any other way. Busy mom life only gets busier at summertime and we are absolutely loving it.
I have put together a few outfit ideas that are perfect for the mom that wants to look cute chasing the kids around and feel good at the same time. These cute outfits are stylish. Also, they’re super easy and comfortable to throw together when you’re crunched for time. My favorite summer outfits are simple, on trend, but most importantly comfortable.
Comfort is key for me when the temps are high and the to do list is higher.
I chose one really versatile outfit as my favorite for a cute summer outfit for moms. And that is a comfy sundress with a denim jacket and cute sandals. This outfit is a go-to for me because it looks good anywhere at summertime. Errands, BBQs, date nights, or park days. This cute outfit looks put together at all of them.
No matter the season, I love a good denim jacket. Tie this one around your waist during the day and throw it over your shoulders at night when the temperature cools off. These jeweled sandals are my favorite because they are comfortable but you can easily dress them up or down. And this simple knit dress is a must have because you can double it as a swimsuit cover up. I think every mom needs these summer staples in their wardrobe!

RUNNING ERRANDS
If you know me, I love my jeans and t-shirt days. Graphic tees with cute sayings on them are always a fun way to bring out your personality, and I really love a crisp white tee. Distressed denim looks so great in the summer to show off that summertime glow and looks youthful and fun. Throw on a baseball hat to hide that fourth day hair and some slip on sneaks and you’re out the door looking adorable.
HITTING THE POOL
This beach and pool look is simple but still so cute. This ribbed one piece gives me so many 90’s vibes and I’m loving it. Denim cutoffs are a summer fashion must have and you can even go one size up if you like a more oversized look. I love throwing on a comfy graphic sweatshirt over for night time swim sessions, and this “Tired As A Mother” one is too cute to pass up. I’m always wearing my Tory Burch flip flops and adding a dainty anklet adds a hint of glam to an otherwise casual summer outfit.
FAMILY REUNION
Try this stylish and comfortable summer look for your upcoming BBQs, birthday parties, and reunions. These overalls are such a cute way to wear denim this summer. Throw them on over any color tee or tank and you’ve got yourself a chic look! I love wearing mine with sandals or wedges, and these wedges are so comfy. This woven bag adds a tropical element that I’m seeing everywhere this year.
DATE NIGHT
I love to mix and match masculine and feminine elements in my date night looks, and this one is no exception. The wrap top and clear heels are cute and sexy while these pinstripe wide leg trousers add a clean menswear element that just works. I love the baby pink detailing on these pants and I paired it pink statement earrings for a pop of color.
