Hi, loves! Today I am finally sharing one of my go-to, quick, full-body workouts! I have been asked what types of workouts I do for forever now, so this is just one of them! I must disclaim, I am in NO way a workout or fitness guru, nor do I claim to be, haha! I also may not always use the correct form, but this is what works for me. I love fitness and being as healthy as possible and think it’s SO important to maintain during pregnancy. This is my go-to workout for days that I want to get in a quick, yet effective workout. I absolutely love my NordicTrack treadmill for my at home workouts. You can see in the video how I utilize the amazing incline capabilities to keep my workout interesting and effective. I also love how easy running/walking on incline is on my body while using the NordicTrack treadmill, especially being pregnant. In this video I am 17 weeks, so always remember to adjust workouts to fit YOU. Every week I make adjustments to my workouts to better suit my growing belly.
