Hey babes, happy Monday! This week is going to be one of the craziest ones yet but we are so excited for it. Sid’s parents will get here Friday to help finish up with the packing (and hopefully we can sneak away for one last Texas BBQ dinner at some point too. 😉 ) My dad will get here next week and help with driving/ the move. We seriously feel like the luckiest to have such amazing and supportive parents who have helped us move each and every time!

Over the weekend we went to dinner with some of our favorites and it was so much fun to chat and hang out, but there were definitely some tears shed! They brought me the cutest little Texas themed going away gift with the kindest card and I’m just so thankful to have met such amazing and wonderful people here! So, this week we will be busy visiting with some friends, eating at our favorite Houston spots, and packing/organizing for the move!

Anyways, because of the move and what not, my posts may seem a little all over the place but today I wanted to share a few random things!

1. Is anyone else watching The Voice?! I’ve always watched, but have not ever been super obsessed. This season is totally a game changer for me though!! I AM OBSESSED. I love all of the coaches and contestants so much. There is so. much. talent. I literally get chills watching and catch myself crying at the amazing stories behind each person. Do you have a favorite yet? It’s going to be sooo hard for me to pick a fav!
2. Even though we are soooo freaking busy this week, tonight we are doing a little family night and will be painting pumpkins with the kids! We thought painting will probably be a much easier task with the littles. I am so excited for Halloween! Truman totally picked out his + Tatum’s costume and of course I delivered exactly what he wanted (but I need to study up some skeleton face painting tutorials on youtube, haha!)… he seriously melts me!!
3. I’m kind of, sort of, really obsessed with stripes at the moment. I recently made an online order to Nordstrom and realized when I was opening my package that I ordered three different striped tops. WHOOPS! This striped sweater from Nordstrom is going to be a fav for fall! I love the thought of wearing it with nude (as pictured), red, or even burgundy lipstick! Olive green is always an amazing fall color and I love the perfect hint of distressing on the sweater as well. It runs true to size and is so cozy!
