Yesterday was Christmas and while I was stuck in bed/on the couch with a horrible respiratory infection, I took full advantage of staying away from my phone and it was the BEST! We spent good, quality time as a family and I absolutely loved taking in all of the special moments with my sweet Truman. I am so thankful for my amazing family and all that we have been blessed with. I’m thankful for the Christmas season and for the reminder each year of our Savior! It was definitely a Christmas I will remember & cherish forever.
New Years Eve is this week and I wanted to share a fun look that’s different than the typical sequin dress look! Velvet is very on trend right now, so when I found this dress I knew it would be perfect. And that neck is my favvvvvorite! I love that thick collar and think it adds a bit of sexiness! I imagine it working for New Years Celebrations, date nights, upcoming Valentine’s day events, etc. The details are just gorgeous! I added some tights, my kitten heeled Valentino’s, and the most gorgeous magenta shade of lipstick! In my opinion the dresses runs slightly on the small side, so definitely size up (especially if you’re rocking a bump like me 😉 )
We are so happy to be in Vegas this week with my family! We will be eating at our favorite restaurants, doing some shopping, playing card games + doing puzzles until the wee hours of the night, and watching lots & lots of movies!
