KangaROOS Are Back!

HOORAY…It’s finally Thursday! This week has felt sooo long with the hubs gone for work, BUT we are soooo excited to meet him in California for the weekend to celebrate his birthday(which is today-woot woot!) He decided that for his birthday he wanted to take Truman to Disneyland! SO sweet, right?! He melts my heart and I’m so thankful for him everyday. SO, can’t post this today without wishing him the happiest of birthdays! We can’t wait to see him. Truman has woken up every morning talking about “errrrplane, Mickey, beach, dada!” It’s safe to say he is stoked.

I am so excited to share this post today for many reasons. Reason number one is because I absolutely LOVE these photos. They are some of my favorite of Truman… ever. He is just getting so big, even more handsome, smart, and I just love and adore all of him! Another reason I’m excited about this post is because I’ve teamed up with Payless to share the new release of the retro sneakers KangaROOS! Do any of you guys remember these?! I didn’t really, but when I chatted to my parents about them they totally remembered them! They told Tru and I stories about how they would store their money in the little pocket on the side, haha. Now, Truman totally does this. He also tries to store rocks, sticks, and whatever else he finds at the park daily. If you couldn’t tell by the photos, Tru thinks he is one cool dude in his “ROOS”. They are so stylish, comfortable, and most importantly, affordable! I often get emails to share where we buy Truman’s clothes and to list affordable options, as well. As a young mom, I know how important sticking to a budget is. I always try to find items that are affordable and stylish.. and I’m sure all my fellow mamas out there agree that kids grow SO fast! Truman recently started Mother’s Day Out a couple of times a week, and is always picking out his KangaROOS. They are an option I always feel good about because I know he will be comfortable and they will keep his precious little feet safe all day while playing! I grabbed a couple of pairs of shoes from Payless for Tru, including these darling oxfords for church.

Oh, and I can’t forget to mention…. How fun is it to match with your kiddos?! (Thank goodness for a girl coming soon, too, hahah!) I love this outfit with my KangaROO sneakers (hello perfect #momiform!) for running errands and chasing after my crazy toddler, especially with my aching preggo back (can’t believe it hurts this soon the second time around!). They are so comfy and come in lots of different color options, but this teal color is my FAV! Definitely check them out if you are looking for an affordable sneaker option that you will be proud to wear!
