He Loves Me

“He loves me”- It can mean so many different things to everyone, but to me, it means a love that surpasses all things and is the one true eternal love, His love.  I have been striving to stay focused on the most important things in my life. I’ve been trying to be better at counting my blessings and appreciating the small things in each day that I often tend to overlook with hectic schedules and raising a toddler. I know because of my Heavenly Father, I have been blessed with the sweetest little family. I hope to be an example to my son to always turn to Him and to teach him to know that Heavenly Father LOVES him. No matter what. He is always there. Growing up in a strong LDS family I always knew He was there, but it wasn’t until probably my senior year in high school that my relationship & testimony of Him grew and truly developed. That the testimony of Him became my own.  I can remember so many times pleading to my Heavenly Father for comfort, for direction, or for answers. He always answered, not always exactly when I hoped He would or how I’d hoped, but He always showed me the way. He knew me and still knows me! He knows my struggles and my weaknesses & loves me regardless. Oh what an amazing feeling it was and still is to come to that realization and true knowledge that “He loves me” and each and every one of us! I know this is way off topic from my usual posts, but I hope it spoke to someone! I’d love to share more about things near and dear to my heart.
