What To Wear For Fall Family Photos
Happy Sunday, loves~ so happy to have you here! We took some very last-minute family pictures last week- long story short, but we weren’t really planning on doing fall photos but decided last minute that we should. I want to bottle up my sweet babies at this stage and need all the photos of them that I can get 🙂 I absolutely love how they turned out. It was a very windy day and I was so worried it would be a disaster (haha) but they actually turned out so great & I love all of the movement in these photos. They capture our personalities so well and truly show this stage of life for us.. happy + chaotic at times + just so in love with our sweet family.
I opted for a statement dress and had everyone match based off my look. *Also opted for boots I could easily walk in (with 3 littles I wanted to avoid heels lol!) And I always think a dress is a great option for family photos- they are flattering and look great. I kept the kids & Sid’s outfits pretty neutral & true to their own styles. I don’t love things too “matchy matchy”. But keeping with the same color scheme always looks great. If you have girls, it’s also fun to add a pop of color with their hair bows.
Truman is sneaker obsessed so I always love to let him have a say in his shoe choice! Porter just goes with the flow and looks darling in everything so I had him match Truman with the shearling denim jackets. I did a little round-up of some cute things I’m currently loving 🙂 I hope you all had a great weekend! XOXO
