Hi beauties!

It’s been awhile.

We had the best time in Paris! I fully planned on keeping up with the blog while I was there, but I just had the best time spending every second with my sweet husband. It was so good for us. I was incredibly nervous about leaving the kids (& boy did I reallllly miss them!!!), but making time for you & your spouse is so, so important. The key to a happy family is making sure you’re always working on your marriage. It’s so important to us to make sure our children know how much their parents love them + each other. I needed to unplug from work and just live in the present. So that’s exactly what we did!

Let’s talk about change. Specifically, embracing change.

The last few months (actually like 6 months) have been full of so. much. change. Change can be scary, exhausting, uncomfortable… but also fun, exciting, and challenging… in the best way! I am only in my mid twenties, but have been able to experience so many amazing places and people. It has made me learn to be confident and proud of who I am.

With new places, comes meeting new people.

Putting yourself out there is not always easy. It’s actually something I use to struggle with, but I have realized how freeing and empowering it is to get out of your comfort zone and let people in. Get to know strangers. Put yourself out there. I have met and become friends with so many AMAZING people through each of our moves. It’s important to invest in relationships.

Put down the phone and make time for the people in your lives!

Connect with people and really, truly try to get to know someone. I am so excited for what’s to come for us in our new home. I am thankful for my sweet little family, new friends & old, and for all of you amazing women whom I get to connect with, laugh with, and grow with here on my little space on the internet!
