Our Anniversary Trip To Cancun
Hi dolls! TGIF~ so happy it’s Friday! We have had a busy week trying to catch up on life after being gone for a couple of weeks. Sid was gone this week + is traveling again next, so we are definitely going to take things slow this weekend and enjoy some family time. We had to do a bunch of last minute decision making before painters start on our house next week…eek, it’s getting real!
I’m praying all goes smoothly with the house next week! We’re going to see A Simple Favor tonight and I am so excited. I told Sid months ago that I was dying to see it, so he scheduled a babysitter for a couple of hours so we can sneak away to see it.. he’s the real MVP. Anyone else excited to see it, too? I love Blake Lively and movie theater popcorn, so it’s bound to be a gooood night 🙂
Cancun Iphone Diary
Anyways, I quickly wanted to share a post of our photos we took on our iphones + outfit details for those asking! We had such a great time just us two. It was the first beach trip we have taken alone since we were newly weds, so it was honestly amazing to be able to relax and enjoy the beach. We decided to stay at the Ritz Carlton and loved it! It’s such a beautiful hotel and we loved the location- right across from two of my favorite restaurants: Harry’s + Porfirios! We loved being able to workout together every morning and the gym is great there. Also, we got couples massages that were ahhhmazing. Definitely recommend!
We celebrated 7 years of marriage there! It’s definitely not always been easy, but there’s no one else I’d want to do life with. We loved soaking in all the blessings and memories over the years! I’m forever and eternally grateful for him and the life we have created together.
