A question I get asked daily is about my skincare routine or about my favorite facial treatments so I thought it was about time to share an updated post. When some of you reached out last week, I asked if you prefer pretty photos or just some good info, you all chose info, so here we are. Let me start by saying skincare is something I love and am SO passionate about. Throughout the years, I have found out how important taking good care of your skin is. I honestly think my skin looks better now than it did a couple of years ago. Simply because I am educated and know what products work for me. I love trying new products or getting fun facials. So today I am going to share my holy grail products plus a few skincare tips.

Anyways, now that that is out of the way.. let’s talk SKIN!

My Favorite Skincare Products:

TULA CLEANSER

This is my holy grail, can’t live without cleanser! I use it morning and night. It’s gentle, but also removes all of my make-up leaving my skin so clean and fresh feeling. SKINCEUTICALS C E Ferulic

This is my newest product & I use it in the AM. My Esthetician, Maddie at Spa Trouve, gave me some samples of this to try and I am in love. My order is on it’s way, but I had to include this little sample in the photo because this product is amazing. It is an antioxidant serum with a blend of vitamin C, vitamin E, and ferulic acid that protects against free radicals and therefore wrinkles and sun damage!

I have been using it for a couple of weeks and love it. Allure named it “a fountain of youth” because it contains a blend of potent antioxidants that work to prevent sun damage & prevent wrinkles. I have also noticed some dark spots start to fade. It leaves your skin bright, beautiful, & glowy! (PS glowy skin is sooo in right now! I’ve been ditching all the eye make-up and keeping things simple with a glowy CC cream and bronzer. Would you guys want to see a tutorial of this on insta stories? LMK!)

SKINCEUTICALS RETINOL

I love retinol so much- it has made a huge difference in my skin and I am so glad I am starting it now. Here’s some facts about what retinol is/does:

• Promotes healthy cell regeneration and collagen production to reduce visible signs of aging, enlarged pores and blemishes
• 1% Retinol effectively prevents skin damage caused by free radicals
• Restores balance to skin with nourishing ingredients

I use this a few times a week and apply a small amount to my face and neck.

TULA DAY & NIGHT CREAM

This day and night cream is the best. I have used it in humid Houston and dry Utah and love it always. It’s hydrating and is full of probiotics and superfoods, leaving your skin glowy, healthy, & hydrated!

GLO SKIN BEAUTY CONTOUR EYE

I have had this tube for about 8 months now and it’s still going strong. You need very little of this, but it makes a big difference! I always have women ask how I don’t get creases in my concealer and this products is totally why! It keeps my skin around the eyes smooth and moisturized. Love it!

ELTA MD SPF

I use this sunscreen every day without fail! It goes on clear and doesn’t feel greasy at all. I also don’t feel like it clogs my pores like some other sunscreens I have tried. Honestly, I absolutely love, love, love it! I apply it to my hands, neck, and face. Throughout the day I will use this setting SPF spray or this brush on powder suncreen– I honestly love them both and take one or the other with me out and about. SPF is so, so important!

FACIALS + SKIN CARE TREATMENTS

I am a huge lover of hydrafacials! I have been getting them pretty frequently the last couple of years. They give my skin that great deep cleaning and adds that extra hydration, which leaves my skin feeling SO good and glowy. I also tried a Jessner peel for the first time around Christmas and really liked it. Dermaplaning is also another thing I love to get done- leaves skin so silky and smooth. I truly believe using good products and investing in things like an occasional hydrafacial or peel will do wonders for your skin!

SUPPLEMENTS FOR HEALTHY SKIN

I truly believe that skincare works from the inside out, meaning what you put in your body matters. I drink a ton of water! This keeps my skin and body healthy and hydrated. I also try to eat a well balanced diet and take a few supplements for my skin. So I love my Tula probiotics. I have taken probiotics for years, but have been using Tula’s since they launched them. Also, I take these Beauty Boost vitamins for healthy skin, hair, & nails!
