HEY BABES! Today I wanted to share a quick little wellness Wednesday tip of mine! I have many times shared about my love for infused water all over my insta stories and have received quite a few questions so I decided to answer them in one spot! Now, I know infused water is nothing new, but I have a MAJOR obsession with it. Every night before I go to bed, I fill up my 1 gallon drink dispenser with water and add fruit, veggies, etc. I then put it in the fridge to chill. When I wake up, the first thing I do is fill up my cup (the best & keeps water SO cold + add this straw!) with ice and infused water. This instantly picks me up and gives me a little boost of natural energy. I am not a coffee drinker, so this is key for me! I continue to refill my cup throughout the day and sometimes even have to refill the jar. This helps me drink SO much more water. When I am away from home, on vacation, or traveling for work, I can totally tell that my water intake goes way down and my energy levels also reflect that. I also tend to grab for not-so-healthy drinks more than usual (ahem..Diet Coke) and that just isn’t the healthiest choice. Drinking tons of water also helps keep my skin + hair healthy, which I know every girl wants! Below I will list my top 4 combos for infused water (there’s really no wrong way to do it!)- I would love to know your favorite add-ins to your drinking water so please feel free to share!
Combo #1: Cucumber + lemon (fresh & simple)
Combo #2: Grapefruit + mint (This combo is probably my fav- I love mint + grapefruit and this tastes so refreshing to me!)
Combo #3: Orange + lemon + cucumber &/or mint!
Combo #4: Watermelon + mint
