I’m writing this post at 4 am because I’ve got a serious case of pregnancy insomnia. Has anyone else suffered from this?! I find myself waking up in the middle of the night in a panic of something I need to do or get done before the baby gets here! SO after tossing and turning (even that’s becoming extremely uncomfortable) for the last three hours, I decided to do something productive and maybe that will help me get another hour of sleep before my toddler wakes me up 😉
I am a total sucker for Valentine’s Day (& every holiday really) and love to find cute little outfits to wear for the weeks leading up to it! This sweater is absolutely my new fav. It’s SO cozy and soft, and the lipstick print was made for me! I love that this sweater can also be worn after Valentine’s Day and can be dressed up with heels or down with leggings (my fav pair here) & a sneaker!
It’s crazy to think that by Valentine’s Day our baby girl will be here with us! Only a few more outfits with this baby bump of mine, so bear with me! Thank you for reading & following along~ bisous! Xo
There’s something so feminine and fun about a floral dress! I absolutely fell in love with the fun colors + bright patterns of this dress & just about died when I saw the price.. I mean, $17?! SUCH A STEAL! I paired this dress with a pair of black booties to keep it somewhat wintery (although the weather here in Houston has been GORGEOUS- seriously feels like Spring!) I think this dress would also look darling with a heel, wedge, or even an open toe bootie like this one. One thing I have loved about being pregnant has been dressing the bump. Try fun patterns and switch it up with a pretty dress. I know when I get myself up and ready for the day, it helps me feel SO much better about myself which is so important during pregnancy! & seriously dresses are just the most comfortable.. almost better than pj’s! 😉 I’m off to a little spa date for a prenatal massage with one of my besties, Ailee … I’m SO excited & couldn’t think of a better way to kick off the weekend! TGIF, friends! XO
The holidays are here, which means holiday parties are, as well! Today I’m sharing a super easy and fun holiday punch recipe my family has used for years! I love a good sherbet punch and this one is a no fail, easy crowd pleaser. Follow the simple recipe + steps below & let me know if you try it!
1 48-ounce bottle cranberry juice
2 46-ounce cans pineapple juice
Lemon, orange, or pineapple sherbet
Mix juices thoroughly. Pour into individual glasses and add a scoop of sherbet. Serve immediately. To make into a punch, add 1 quart lemon-lime soda to every gallon of shrub. I served my punch in a sugar rimmed glass for that extra added touch! Cheers and enjoy!

If you’re a parent, you know that date nights don’t always happen every weekend. As much as I’d love to get dressed up in my new Jimmy Choos (if you saw on snapchat, I just couldn’t resist them at Nordstrom last week!!) + this hot (maternity 😉 dress for a night on the town with my man every Friday night, most weekends are filled with family fun nights (which we love just as much)! I know Truman looks forward to having daddy home just as much as I do for the Read More

A “girls night” can be done so many different ways..going to dinner, a movie, grabbing a dessert, the options are endless. BUT after a long week of work, motherhood duties, and all the other things life throws at you, there’s nothing that sounds better than a girls night in! And that’s Read More
