Tiny Moments With Aveeno

Oh how I love that quote! It could not ring more true than it does to me at this stage of my life. I’m still trying to figure out our groove, but one thing that I am proud of is the fact that I always put my son first, no matter what. These past couple of years (cue the crying… how do I almost have a 2 year old?!), I’ve learned what’s truly most important in life. I’ve had to learn to balance work while giving Tru the love & attention he needs, even if that means waking up at 5:30 am to get my workout class in so I have the entire day to spend with him, and using nap time to catch up on posts and emails. These precious moments go by so quickly and I know it’s crucial to cherish each and every one of them.

I love Aveeno‘s campaign encouraging moms to share their #tinymoments. One of my most favorite part of the day is after dinner when Sid and I give Truman his bath and get him ready for bed. It’s also one of Truman’s favorite things! He absolutely LOVES taking a warm bath and getting his hair washed. Ever since Truman was born, we have always made sure to use products that work for us. My husband suffers from psoriasis, so we’ve always taken great efforts to take extra care of Tru’s skin while keeping an eye on his skin to make sure he doesn’t have any of the problems his dad has. My husband loves and has used Aveeno’s Eczema Therapy Moisturizing Cream for a few years now, so we knew we had to try their products for Truman. We use Aveeno Baby Wash & Shampoo & Aveeno Daily Moisture Lotion and love them both. Both products are super gentle on Tru’s skin and they leave his skin sooo soft. I also absolutely love the clean, fresh smell of the wash and shampoo. I even find myself borrowing his lotion all the time!
